Extremely dirty, mold issues throughout, bugs in kitchenette, maids would make beds with dirty linens or reuse linens, floors were never cleaned, see full review posted for more info.

The positives were: TV reception was great Hot water Lots of pillows and blankets provided CONS: Hot stuffy room. They have a thermostat in the room but you can’t actually adjust the temp. We had it off and you oils see the pilot light on a feel the warmth coming out. The provide a dusty floor fan that we had to place up in the window to try and pull in some cool air. To add to it the sheets are not breathable so you are sticky just under a sheet. They have too many bulky pieces of furniture that it makes the room feel smaller. Bed is extra firm and the bath towels left fuzz all over you after you shower. So if you run cold and like a harder bed you’ll love this place.

We love this area. I always feel ripped off when being charged a dog fee. I understand that people have probably "ruined it for the rest of us" but they take a cc for incidental so they should just charge if your pet makes a mess. There appeared to be some black mold in the bathroom. The rooms are decent but dated. I only come to these locations at kff season, i can imagine paying more than i did. I would definitely be dissatisfied. The bed was ok but i couldn't sleel bc it got too hot in the room. A ceiling fan would be nice.

The area was nice and quiet, with lots of space to park. It was walking distance from the ocean and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The place is shabby and could use a deep clean and updating. We arrived at night. The light outside the room door was covered in spider webs and dead bugs. Inside, the kitchenette cabinets and countertop were newer, however, the appliances were dirty. A proportion of the microwave was melted and the cabinets above it were yellowed with grease. Some of the dishes inside the cabinets had dried bits of food still stuck on them. The mattresses and pillows were lumpy on both queen beds. There was sand on the floor of the window side of the beds. On the plus side, the bathroom was clean and the property was located in a good area.

Unsafe and Uncomfortable – Not Suitable for Families This hotel felt very unsafe. The doors providing access to the building are not locked—they were actually wide open the entire time. I couldn’t sleep, constantly worried that someone could break in. It was also very noisy throughout the night, making it even harder to rest. The beds were extremely uncomfortable; the mattress coils made noise every time I moved. Overall, this place is definitely not suitable for families.

Wir waren für einen Zwischenstopp für zwei Nächte hier. Zuerst waren wir skeptisch, da wir die Tage eigentlich zentral in Monterey verbringen wollten, aber Pacific Grove war ein Juwel und so viel schöner und ruhiger als Monterey. Die Küste mit einem traumhaften Weg zum Spazieren war fußläufig erreichbar und die gesamte Gegend wirkte sehr sicher, ruhiger und ordentlich. Die Sauberkeit in der Unterkunft war makellos, die Dame am Empfang sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war genau wie auf den Fotos, für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es uns allerdings viel zu klein gewesen. Das Bett war durchgelegen und wir wachten mit Rückenschmerzen auf. Die Matratzen sollten getauscht werden. Ansonsten ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. In der Lobby gab es morgens kostenlosen Kaffee und Kakao, allerdings öffnet diese erst um 9 Uhr
