"Our room was beautiful looking down on Cannery Row, Monterey. Well appointed, warm and inviting. The staff is exceptional! Friendly and professional. Our continental breakfast was fresh and hot. The fireplace added to the warmth of the room, though it was too warm to use. Will definitely return!"

We encountered a significant issue with our booking due to my own error, and she handled it with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. She took the time to listen to our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved seamlessly. Her level of customer service left a lasting impression—it was clear that she is deeply committed to both her guests and her role. Because of her efforts, we felt genuinely valued and well taken care of, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. In addition, the hotel itself is immaculate, the staff is warm and attentive, and the views are simply breathtaking. "Every thing was great"

"Clean rooms with shutters on the windows. I stayed in the Traditional room with 2 beds, no fireplace. It had air conditioning and heat. The breakfast is not complementary. The hotel does give a 15% discount for staying at the hotel. We did not eat at the restaurant This place has been there for many years so the parking spaces are small. The hotel advertised it had bath robes however, our room did not have them other than that it had everything else it stated and was a nice stay. "
