"Our stay was pleasant. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort. The slippers and robes were a nice touch. The continental breakfast was a treat! The hot tub was very relaxing! We were very pleased with the location being near Carmel 17 mile drive and other places. The shopping center down the street was very convenient to walk to for dinner. We enjoyed dinner at Lalla Grill. Thumbs up for everything! "

"Front desk was helpful and very friendly upon checking in. Our room was facing the water and had a gorgeous view. The complimentary breakfast was served within the time frame we picked so the coffee stayed hot, juice stayed cold. This was a great experience for my partner and I. We really liked how a beach was literally right next to the hotel, and cannery row was walking distance from us. Will 100% book with the place again. "

"Room was clean, staff was helpful but AC was hard to control. Location was good, close to wharf, walkable to restaurants and tourist sites. Staff was friendly and helped resolve problems with the electric sockets in bathroom."

"Our room was beautiful looking down on Cannery Row, Monterey. Well appointed, warm and inviting. The staff is exceptional! Friendly and professional. Our continental breakfast was fresh and hot. The fireplace added to the warmth of the room, though it was too warm to use. Will definitely return!"
