Great hotel minutes from Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey. The room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and we were able to make good use of the 24hr tea/coffee facilities and the heated pool. There is also a microwave in the communal area. Parking was plentiful (both at ground level and underground). I would recommend this hotel and would stay again on a return visit to Monterey.

The parking was very secure in a garage under the hotel. They obviously power wash this area. I spoke with the maintenance guy and he confirmed they power wash it a lot.

This was a great place for a short stay! All of the employees were friendly, very helpful, and quick to offer suggestions and recommendations for places to eat and other local activities. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The linens were fresh, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is older but well-maintained, giving off a fun retro vibe. It's nothing fancy, no breakfast or special amenities—just basic, but we would definitely stay there again!

I liked it. For one it's just what I needed. Simple, clean. Great location and easy parking underneath the hotel. Located near the Pier where there is a great seafood restaurant. Some of the rooms may have the view blocked by stairwell or electrical things. It didn't matter whether I had a 3rd floor or 2nd floor. The elevator is a nice addition to a weary traveller. Front desk staff both great night and day. I'd return.
