「They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring...

「There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened. 」

「Die Wohnung, die Aussicht und dass es einen privaten Strand hat fanden wir sehr gut. Jedoch gab es für ein Gebäude, dass 45 Stockwerke besitzt nur 12 Sonnenliegen am Strand, was nicht nachvollziehbar war. Es gab jegliche Diskussionen von anderen Besuchern mit dem Strandpersonal, dass dafür null verantwortlich war. Des Weiteren war in der Wohnung nur der Staubsauger zu beanstanden, weshalb wir die Wohnung in den 2W nicht saugen konnten. 」
