Great property, room, staff, everything! They had a breakfast buffet each morning, and although it was good, it was a little chaotic. Perhaps a better way to direct a line around it, especially for the omelette station would help with people cutting or shoving themselves in front of others would help. The hotel is nice and clean. They have excellent breakfast included in the rate. There are surveillance cameras everywhere which provide good security. Things the hotel can improve on included 1. Provide quite time in the early hours. There is an ongoing costruction and noise every morning 2. They close the balcony around the pool around 10PM. Would be nice if they kept it open little longer.

The one thing that stood out about this hotel if nothing else was the customer service I cannot rate this hotel any higher than I’ve rated them if I’m able to rate them 100 I would. From check-in to check out, the entire staff went above and beyond to help make our trip memorable. Rupa at the front desk was helpful in giving us tips on where to go and what to do. the 2 managers at the front desk, I don’t remember either names, but they were also beyond helpful. I know the hotel is going through some renovations and I look forward to return soon . Thank you all for making this a wonderful vacation.
