The hotel was a completely curated experience from the moment I walked through the doors. The clerks were kind and attentive. The bellmen were communicative and the space was modern and welcoming. The staff was so nice! They let us check in really early which made our jet lag so minimal! Everyone was very friendly and patient with my adult son with special needs even though he could be kind of annoying. The rooms and view were great. The food was delicious. We had a great time!

The sheraton has had a great upgrade and now competes with all the other major chains by the beach in tel aviv. It deserves to now be called the Sheraton grand. Club level was perfect

A good renovated property that meets the Sheraton brand standard. Excellent business lounge; nicely renovated lobby and restaurant. Across the street from an amazing beach! My only complaint is that it is pricey for rooms that, while they have amazing ocean and city views, are relatively small with few good appointments and low-end refurbishments.

The front desk are very rude and not willing to compromise on anything. I have traveled all over Israel many times and I have stayed at the sheraton a few times and the staff is always not friendly. Never had this experience anywhere else, it is a shame because the hotel is nice, clean and convenient.

Inconvenient Experience

Upon our arrival at the lower parking entrance, we encountered an issue with the guard who refused to let us in, even though I had clearly told him that I intend to drop off my wife and baby before proceeding to another parking area. When we asked if there's a pathway from the parking to the hotel lobby, which would have been convenient for my wife and baby, considering the hot sun, he simply ignored us. As a result, my wife and baby had to endure a 15-minute detour to reach the main entrance while pushing a stroller and managing suitcases and bags. Furthermore, we could not get any sleep until 4 AM due to exceedingly loud music emanating from a nearby source, making it near impossible to attain any sleep. Putting these matters aside, receptionists were pleasant and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's amenities are noteworthy, and the level of cleanliness maintained is truly exceptional.

Beautifully decorated and clean room. We had a hiccup with our phone not working. But was remedied very quickly. Lovely hotel. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the homage to John Lennons song "Imagine" on the walls. But that's the world we live in. Staff was excellent

Does not justify the price at all. Sea view means side sea view. The pool is extremely small unlike the picture. Too expensive for a fair hotel. I would not return.
