"from a very friendly front desk, staff, housekeeping, hot breakfast, and cleanliness of the entire hotel, my day was extraordinary. The three women who are manning the front desk, really set the tone for my enjoyable stay. They were friendly and went out of their way to make everyone checking in. Feel welcome. The interior and exterior of the building were very well maintained and the rooms were comfortable. I could not have asked for a better time while visiting the Chicago area."

"Was disappointed in the final price. Much higher than expected. Staff was very pleasant. Could not get a table for dinner Thursday evening. Would have been nice if someone had suggested to get a reservation at the time we checked in as most local diners were closed that evening. The trolley ride to see holiday lights was c awesome. They took extra good care of my son, who was in a wheelchair. The pool is exceptional. Best in WI. "
