「Clean rooms, friendly service, a wide variety of breakfast options, and very convenient valet parking.」

「It was a honeymoon trip. We spent 2 nights at Hotel Blake. Before our check-in, I texted them through the app about our late check-in, and the concierge was so responsive. 「When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。」

「the AC is too loud. can't sleep anyway」

「Very nice, cute room and friendly staff」

「Great location great city」

「The things in the room are old. Especially the bathroom is very dirty and the toilet hasn't been cleaned.」

「Overall good」

「Parking is the only issue with the locations. Options are limited with no in/out usability unless you valet park.」
