「Best 」

「Only thing I didn’t like is who ever cleaning the rooms not clean it real good or sanitizing I had ants around my Jacuzzi tub because somebody had probably previous had beer in there and it was a beer bottle top so I had to clean it myself. The shower was nasty. I wasn’t able to take a shower I had to just wash up. when I pay that type of money, I expect to be able to take showers and relax without having to clean it. The overall experience is cool. The customer service is very great.」

「There with a friend for a concert - we wanted someplace with easy access to the L Train. This was definitely it! We were on the 2nd floor with a window right next to the tracks and could barely hear the train go by. Didn't hear any of our neighbors, and the staff was always helpful and friendly! 」

「The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!」

「In the heart of downtown but affordable. Quaint as it’s an older (maybe 50s) hotel and small but perfectly clean and well kept. Very recently redone and so lovely. We felt very safe and very comfortable. Loud as your on street level but we just aren’t used to downtown city life. Will stay there again if we visit chicago」
