"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had amazing views of the city. The location was perfect—walking distance to so many Chicago attractions, great restaurants, and shopping. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail really made our trip extra special. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago!"
"This is a beautiful old hotel in a great location in very good to excellent condition. The A/C worked fine, the bed was comfortable, and we had a lovely view of the lake and the fireworks at Navy Pier. The location, right across from Buckingham Fountain, is great. My partner and I thought that the Congress Plaza Hotel was charming and would stay there again."
"We had an amazing time. And everyone went out of their way to help me! Keep in mind its a cash free property. Felt so safe having to use my key for elevator. Also it was a beautiful property. note* Cash app is not recommended in any instance but the staff at Hotel Felix did everything they could possible to help me going above and beyond to even care about my situation. Cash app however is not recommended because they asked for specific documents and still refusing to release my funds. But i want to thank everyone who helped me and my friend. Also giving her and I one of the best experiences together. We will see yall again soon but next time were gonna use Venmo 💯. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, VERY CLEAN, HAD STEAMER AVAILABLE IN OUR ROOM VERY NICE BATHRROOMS CLEAN ENTIRE PLACE VERY CLEAN. A+++++"
