Breakfast was lacking except for coffee which I don't drink. I was glad I brought a hotpot and tea bags. That aside, the room was very nice. Staff was very helpful. Location was excellant. And there is a nice exercise room downstairs.

The staff was outstanding. The front desk worked with us when our train arrived way earlier than expected and were able to allow us early check-in. Housekeeping went out of their way to provide extra towels when we needed them. Our room was clean and well taken care of. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Elephant & Castle, was great, especially for breakfast or a nightcap. This is an older building, so be aware the elevators move slowly sometimes.
