Everything during our stay was perfect. The hotel was so clean and the staff was the nicest. The breakfast was so good and the lady who was responsible for serving the breakfast, Enriqueta, was so nice and friendly. We will definitely consider staying at this hotel in future visits to Chicago.

Breakfast was great (pancakes, waffles, eggs cereal, toast, sausage or bacon etc). Staff was great, I see the same faces on my visits. Restaurants expensive to non expensive in the area. Shopping center is nearby. I can not say enough nice things about this place.

Only complaint was that they need to flip/rotate their mattresses. The one in my room had a trench on the side closest to the door. Otherwise, the staff was great, as was the breakfast. I would definitely stay again.
