住在这里去各景点都可以步行，十分方便。楼下有两个餐馆。房间有微波炉和冰箱。服务人员也很周到的问我们是要临街带窗的房间还是不临街但阳光不足的房间。

We stayed here during lollapalooza, so location was fantastic but everything else was far from it. For starters we booked what’s called a suite room, we arrive and they didn’t have it. Still charged us full price. None of the staff members seemed to know what was going on and we’re all telling us different things. The room was below average with no fridge or microwave which is appalling in my opinion and most days we never got a room service

Perfect location for Lollapalooza!! Grant Park is directly across the street! Security at night made me feel safe. However, room 1009 beds were beyond TERRIBLE. I tried switching rooms but it was fully booked. 7 nights of a bad bed was disappointing and painful. Other than that my stay was enjoyable.

stayed here because it was walking distance to Grant Park for Lollapalooza. it was overall fine. one of the elevators wasn’t working. not a very comfy bed or super clean room, but the location is pretty great. staff were nice.

We did not realize that parking was not included at this Travelodge. They were only going to provide one complete towel set per guest for the entire stay. We pointed out that the weather was hot, humid and muggy and that we would need fresh set of towels daily. They agreed. The restaurant sharing the same building did not give a discount.

Hotel staff greeted us every time we entered or exited the building and even said good night :) A security guard was available every night and the red line subway entrance was right down the corner. Bonus points because there is a dunkin donuts/baskinrobbins across the street that's open 24/7!!!

I was in town for a big concert. The property was extremely convenient to the event. The staff were genuinely kind as well as professional and helpful. The room was as expected from the reviews: clean, utilitarian, and dated. Everything worked and I had a fabulous tub. There was no stopper- I longed for one. The rates for this property, outside of the event time frame, are more reasonable but the cost was about convenience, not amenities. My only complaint was that the windows were so dirty with hanging cobwebs and trash blown into the frames that it was hard to enjoy the view. Lastly, as I left, I noticed that the cleaning staff on my floor were really having a time of it as those checking out had trashed their rooms. I hope those deposits were collected. It was awful to see how hard these folks work to keep this property looking its best and to have such inconsiderate guests.

Thai restaurant down stairs. Dine in. Better taste!

Stayed here for Lolla weekend. Staff was amazing & did everything they could to help us check in early. Hotel was very clean. Rooms are dated and do not have a lot of good outlets to use for charging devices, but I would definitely stay again for its location and quality service.

Absolutely perfect for Lollapalooza. All the staff was very kind and accommodating. I chose this location for the festival, but I would definitely stay here again next time in Chicago

There was no parking nor did they validate parking. I spent double the price on a hotel to be there and be in downtown and then still had to park a half mile away. No breakfast, no fridge or microwave. Was not worth almost $200.

It's a little outdated for a downtown hotel and the tub was broken or something. TV was also not working well. All in all it was ok just need upgrades.
