「We were booked for a stay at the Spark Hotel originally and when we arrived, there were 4 other people overbooked at that hotel, so we had to quickly scramble late at night and found this one! The staff was very friendly, checked us in quickly, everything was clean and we had no issues during our stay! Great service, location, close to the university and lots around. Such an affordable rate as well compared to other others in the area! Very satisfied with our stay.」

「Super convenient location and very friendly staff. The rooms are a bit outdated but it was comfortable for the price! They don't clean rooms unless you request it but they provide clean towels and other supplies upon request immediately at the front desk. It was a good stay for our recent trip.」

「The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the towels were nice. The room itself was unpleasant. Any thoughts of decor were absent. Nothing on the walls, vinyl plank floor and a window with only a rollup blackout shade was unattractive and made the acoustics terrible. Lighting was poor with a glaringly bright ceiling light. The bed frame was surrounded by sheet metal that sounded like thunder anytime your toe touched it. What furniture was in the room was mismatched and not very functional....

The hotel staff told me there wasn’t anything they could do about it since it is a dog friendly hotel. I reminded her of the policy if a dog is making a lot of noise. 「In my opinion, the room in which we stayed was subpar at best. There were stains on the carpet, hair on the floor in the bathroom. Altogether, the bathroom was not clean and ready for guests to occupy. The tub showed signs of mold, the toilet seat was loose or broken, which was a hazard in what was advertised as a handicap accessible room (NOT). The King size bed had a severe dip in the middle which hindered any restful sleep. We asked for another room and were told that no other room was...

「Please don’t stay here. Lightbulbs were missing from almost all the lamps, the bathroom was very dingy, shower was filthy. TV didn’t work. When I asked the staff, she said “ sometimes it takes 10 min to warm up”. Ummm no.」

「The initial room that we were sent to was not even cleaned. The bed was stripped, no sheets, no pillow cases, no comforter, nothing in the room, and the mattress cover was torn. When we went to ask for another room, the staff said that we can move you to another room, but we will need to up charge you. They ended up charging us $39 more for another room, and said they would remove the charge, once they talked to manager. However that has not happened yet. Would not recommend this hotel, and...
