「The room was very nice. The bathroom needs some work. There were no hangers in the bathroom to hang up your clothes on while you shower. The only place that was available was the floor. It would be nice to have a light in the bathroom that was not connected to the fan. Also there needs to be an extra lock on the door. I did not feel safe. Housekeeping could just walk in on you. 」

「Excelente hotel! Cerca de todo y sobre todo de la Isla de Pigeon Forge. El hotel huele super rico y esta muy limpio y super lindo. Nos quedamos solo una noche. Nos atendieron rápido. Incluye el estacionamiento más no el desayuno y tiene un costo de $14.95 por persona. La habitacion estuvo excelente. En fin me encanto todo ! Lo recomiendo y volveria. Lo único que puedo decir es que la persona que me hizo el check in nos atendió bien pero no dijo buenos días ni bienvenido como en otros hoteles...

They skipped our room all together one day. Room was outdated but large. Pillows are AWFUL. Beautiful pools and good parking. 」
