"My kids loved the hotel. The highlight was feeding the geese and pigeons their food each morning. The pools were very crowded, but it was also spring break so that was to be expected. Breakfast was good. Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Pigeon Forge was very busy and the river next to the hotel was nice and relaxing. "

"Poolside drinks were extremely expensive and tasted awful. Poolside staff were not the friendliest. We even tried beer and it was stale. Overall extremely pricy and not good. Food was decent but overpriced! "

"This property when it first opened in the 70s I believe it was an amazing place to stay. This property is extremely clean the beds are comfortable the pillows are comfortable and it is close to. It is 14 minutes away from Dollywood 7 minutes away from most museums and coasters in Pigeon Forge. Tons of activities and fun things to do for both children and adults. The Outback Steakhouse was outstanding and I am not usually a fan of the Outback Steakhouse. The staff was wonderful. My only complaint about the this place is that it is a little outdated. If you have a family and you're traveling on a budget and you can't afford to eat all three meals out this is the perfect place for you. It is completely loaded with pots pans silverware refrigerator microwave two stove burner toaster and a kitchen nook to eat at. I will definitely be returning."

"Super nice to stay at, only minus one star because one of the 3 elevators was busted. Causing delays in the lobby and trying to get luggage up and down was chaos.."
