「We had help from Connor confirming our reservations and giving us an upgrade. He was so kind and helpful. This place is so big and places to stay across the street from each other. 1 block from the Southern Most Point. Very clean and comfortable. We did hear the chickens/roosters early in the morning but fell back to sleep right away. The pools are very nice and bars at the one we went to. Complementary bottle of wine and a $30.00 credit off our food at their restaurant. They also have a...

「The hotel was amazing. Beautiful view,clean and comfortable room. Valet people were so nice and polite, the rest of the staff could be a little more welcoming and helpful but overall not bad.」

「There was an industrial size drill, drilling for hours at the beach right next door. Very loudly and not a great view from the beach chairs. Wished the Reach Resort would of discounted the room rates or at least compensated guests with a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience of the noise. 」

「When I took a shower, I found out that there was no shampoo, no shower water for the conditioner, I called four times, waited an hour for it to be delivered, and was very angry」

「Overall, we had a great time at The Palms. We stayed for seven nights for a wedding. Definitely not the swankiest of places to stay but the pool and bar were nice and the room was comfortable, though not super updated. It’s a little more central but it we never waited more than 2 minutes for a $10 Uber ride to the busier areas. The staff was nice especially the bartender. My only warning is don’t expect an early check in. If you arrive before 3pm they’ll make you wait.」

「类似青年旅舍，酒店门脸如同民居但进入大堂别有洞天，大堂提供免费星巴克咖啡可自动选择，早餐简单丰富，一早围着院当中的泳池看着满眼的俊男靓女吃着早餐，很是享受的。 酒店似乎两层，我们包下了楼下其中一间，里面3张上下铺，干净舒适。只是房间门直对泳池隔音较差，一早会被岛上的宠物大公鸡叫起床。 周边运气好可以找到免费车位，哦，泳池共3个，其中一个温泉冲浪的不错，晚上那杯酒泡下，很是不错。」

「酒店位置不错。从大堂到房间的电梯位置没有指示，很容易走错电梯。晚上空调关了，还是有很大的空调噪声和凉风。」
