The room was in good condition very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the room was very noisy you heard everything and the lights from the boardwalk luminated the room making it hard for restful sleep. I would also recommend a full-length mirror for the room. Location was in the heart of Duval making it easy to enjoy all to offer in Key West.

The staff was wonderful however the room was very deceiving from the pictures online. The mold in the bathroom needs to be removed and the floor was slanted and made us feel like we were sleeping on our heads. The room is much smaller than the pictures show. I love Key West we will choose a different room next time.

Small living spaces. Room 203 is ok if you are 4’-7”. It’s pretty much an attic space. If you just need a place to sleep without any frills, this is the place. They did move us to another room when we requested it. Ceilings were normal, but small living spaces. 2 person max.

Location, location, location and nice breakfast with tables by the pool. We also like having a ground floor room with a table and chairs. Room is small- parking included is wonderful. Staff was nice. room was not ready at check in.

The beds were very comfortable, mattresses were plush and bedding was good. Also, it was a nice surprise to have a full kitchen; full size fridge, microwave, stove (didn’t use), sink and paper towels. The bathroom really needs an upgrade. The tub was rusted and extremely slippery; had to put a towel on the bottom so as not to slip! The toiletries were not great and the toilet needed reset ( it rocked). The toilet paper was 1 ply and felt like sandpaper…ugh! Breakfast was typical continental, nothing special but adequate. The pool was nice (heated) but only sun was in the early morning and the trees blocked the sun the rest of the day. Bonus, we did go to the other wicker property around the corner ..small pool but NO trees!

Customer service was great! Breakfast was good with many choices. We were able to get in our room early and they helped us get a parking spot on the street. Room was clean. Only complaint was hot water in the shower was not good. You were supposed to turn the vanity hot water on and run for 20-40 seconds then turn the shower on, but that didn’t work so our shower was cold. Only stayed 1 night so didn’t complain about it.

This guesthouse is located in the heart of Old Key West, in the middle of Duval Street. So it's walkable everywhere, turn one way and you end up at the southern most point and a beach. The other way, lots of bars and restaurants and Mallory Square for sunsets. The building is in major need of repair, the room was nice and parking was included. The draw back is the bar next store, music blasting until 3AM on a Saturday night. Friday wasn't as bad.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Wicker House. The location is fantastic—right in the middle of Duval Street—so everything was within easy walking distance. The women at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and our overall experience even better. While the breakfast was only a 1-star for us, it wasn’t an issue since we didn’t book this hotel for the breakfast. The location, service, and overall atmosphere more than made up for it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to be in the heart of Duval Street.

Staff was very nice and helpful, how ever the room was not good at all. A very steep flight of stairs to go in and out with basically nothing to hang on to. Very low ceilings, I’m 5’2” and I hit my head three times on the ceiling and broke blood vessels in my hand when I accidentally hit the ceiling. I’m sure they were trying to help me out because I wanted a blow up bed added to the room but that room really should just be used for storage. Then the fact that they take your keys and when we wanted to check out at 7:30 am we had to call the emergency number to get our keys back. Very inconvenient
These steps are honestly very dangerous
Light switch represents condition in the room
The ceiling on both sides of the room go very low.
