「The people are so friendly and it was a nice clean place with a great location. But here's the issue, one person in a couple is not going to be able to sleep right at night. Please let me explain. In a couple there was always one that sleeps deeper, and one that is kind of security. They listen for the noises and the creeps and bumps in the night to make sure everything's all right, even though they're sleeping, they are light sleepers and heat everything. Well, that person will have issues with...

「The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The...

「All I can say positively about this property is the staff was excellent. The first room we were given smelled badly like a wet dog. The second room while it had a better smell, several outlets were not working. The elevator call button fell out of the wall. While the staff did take care of all the issues a fast as possible, it was obvious that they were tired of the seemingly endless issues. I have no intentions of ever staying at this location ever again.」

「The condition of the room and the hotel was deplorable and completely unacceptable. There were multiple holes in the room, the refrigerator temperature control was not working, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the fire alarm detector needed a battery replacement. Additionally, the closet was damaged, making it impossible to use the hangers. These issues demonstrate a serious lack of maintenance and attention to guest comfort and safety. The overall condition of the room was far below...
