「The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. 「The repair of the room was not good. Our room door was jacked, we could see light around the entire perimeter and the folding security latch was loosely hanging by two screws. Not the best!」

「The staff was unhelpful when my car was broken into; they would not assist in getting the number to the of or offer a garbage bag for the mess I was left with in the parking lot. Several other cars were broken into as well and the staff offered them no assistance. I understand from the police and the car rental company that this is a regular occurrence at this location. I will never stay at a La Quinta again because of the lack of any assistance or even concern for the safety of their customers....

「The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. 「We love staying here for our family of four. The kids have their own bunk bed, cool night lights, and drumroll their own bathroom! We love the living room furniture and high ceilings. Most of all the kitchen we were can make steak and lobster and port. We dance in the kitchen and play games. Always a memory maker when we come here! Can’t wait to come back!」

「Everything was pretty nice but I was bummed to see there was no soap provided in the room. There is the bodywash in the shower but id also like a bar wrapped and available for me to use at the sink area. Also my door would close but the bottom half of the frame left a bit of a sliver to the outside which I think made the sound from the pool area even louder, so better sealing on the doors would be great. I smoke and I’m glad that this is only one of a very few motels that has smoking rooms, which is a lot more convenient than having to go outside or smoke in your vehicle. You feel like you can relax here without having to go outside every few hours.」
