「Room was clean and comfortable and the front desk person was super helpful! I somehow had booked our 2 rooms for the previous night and they worked some magic and got us in to the rooms for the day we arrived without making us pay for the previous night. Very helpful front desk people! 」

「Lovely hotel. Our train car was wonderful! Very comfortable & beautifully decorated. The lounge by the pool was a perfect gathering place each evening…very relaxing. Great staff & location. Love the history! Very walkable & convenient to Carta. That all said. The daily charge for parking over & above the room rate is a bit much. The lobby breakfast other than danish & coffee were less than desirable to be kind」

「We had a great stay at the hotel. The only improvements I would suggest are. 1) the shower head was surprisingly bad - really hard to shower with such little water flow. 2) would have been nice to have a microwave in the room but we survived without it. and 3) there was no obvious place to hang up our hand towel in the bathroom. other than that, great hotel stay. 」

「We had an overnight stay here due to visiting UT-Chattanooga and attending a basketball game at the school. We checked into the hotel late, but didn’t fully realize what kind of room we had as this was our first stay at this hotel. We were blown away by the amount of space we had, the cleanliness, the kitchen, etc. Not only was our room top tier, the hotel attendants were great! Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. We are already planning our next visit and will plan to stay...

「Spacious room, larger than most hotel rooms. The hotel is basically new and three staff was super friendly. Brought our doggie with us no problem. Walkable to many restaurants. Breakfast was great. If we ever return to Chattanooga we'll definitely stay here!」
