「The room was dirty. No ac in the living room of site so it was 10 degrees hotter than bedroom. 「I arrived around 4/5 I had informed the lady at the desk I had a disability and didn’t want a top floor. She put me on top floor anyway. I know for a fact she could of least put us on the second floor. I should of paid another 50$ and got a hotel downtown by the river walk and lower floor with more then just one elevator.」

「The lobby was clean, nothing special but clean enough. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like urine it was terrible. Wish we could open the windows and let some of that TN air in. Breakfast was nothing special, typical for this type of hotel. We spent two night there so we survived but if this was a longer trip I would have definitely looked for other place to move to. The smell was just unbearable.」
