"The parking lot is a nightmare due to the steep entry. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good. Room was very comfortable and relaxing. "

"The first room I was put in was very dark and creepy and I was not comfortable at all. Even with how dark the room was, I could see the bedspread was very thin and old and full of stains. The 2nd room seemed cleaner but only 1 lightbulb worked so it was very hard to tell. The TV remote was sticky. As a single woman, I didn't feel very safe here and would never stay here again."

"Parking was good. The room is very close the highway but that was advertised fairly on the website. Everything in the room was clean and worked properly. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay that is well taken care of I can’t recommend here enough. It’s perfect for a weekend trip exploring lookout mountain and close enough to Chattanooga to get some good food in between."

"I would suggest if you want a clean place to stay this is not it. We had no electricity due to rain I’m guessing.?? The bathtub had mold around it and mold in corner of living area with a dehumidifier hiding it. Spider webs , dirty, blinds broke, the beadboard was cracked all over the bathroom. Then they had totes of clean linens right outside rooms for them to change later I’m guessing that we almost tripped over carrying our luggage. The place needs an overhaul inside and out. "

"Didn't see mountain view. Does not describe motel setting and could hear loud voices and vehicles all night long. Got no sleep."
