「Limited parking and staff not knowledgeable or accommodating for service animals. Several other hotels near by. All of them are a better option. 」

「I would suggest if you want a clean place to stay this is not it. We had no electricity due to rain I’m guessing.?? The bathtub had mold around it and mold in corner of living area with a dehumidifier hiding it. Spider webs , dirty, blinds broke, the beadboard was cracked all over the bathroom. Then they had totes of clean linens right outside rooms for them to change later I’m guessing that we almost tripped over carrying our luggage. The place needs an overhaul inside and out. 」

「Hotel is located in a great location within easy walking distance to local restaurants, or to free shuttle to downtown area. Rooms are very well appointed inside. Was very disappointed after notifying check in staff that we were celebrating special occasion, that are our first floor room looked out to parking lot, with car parked within 2 feet of large sliding windows. 「Hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants nearby. The only downside was the noise from the trucks on the highway. 」

「It was convenient for getting off the interstate , love that they are dog friendly , great vibe. Food and drinks available are good quality! Convenient places to eat nearby as well. 」

「Front desk associate was very nice. But, didn’t stay because as soon as parked the car we were approached by a guy asking for money assuring us it wasn’t for drugs…. Sketchy part of town. Did not feel it was a safe area.」

「We had an overnight stay here due to visiting UT-Chattanooga and attending a basketball game at the school. We checked into the hotel late, but didn’t fully realize what kind of room we had as this was our first stay at this hotel. We were blown away by the amount of space we had, the cleanliness, the kitchen, etc. Not only was our room top tier, the hotel attendants were great! Checking in and checking out was a smooth process. We are already planning our next visit and will plan to stay...
