「I arrived around 4/5 I had informed the lady at the desk I had a disability and didn’t want a top floor. She put me on top floor anyway. I know for a fact she could of least put us on the second floor. I should of paid another 50$ and got a hotel downtown by the river walk and lower floor with more then just one elevator.」

「Bathroom had mold growing on sink. Bedspreads had cigarette burns in them. Carpet stained. Breakfast area and lobby were clean & neat. Booked a 3 night stay but true to unforseen circumstances as well as condition of room needed to check out 1 day early. Gave over 24 hour notice but still charged for 3rd night. Would not recommend」

「The lobby was clean, nothing special but clean enough. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like urine it was terrible. Wish we could open the windows and let some of that TN air in. Breakfast was nothing special, typical for this type of hotel. We spent two night there so we survived but if this was a longer trip I would have definitely looked for other place to move to. The smell was just unbearable.」

「Just stayed one night passing through. I hate couldn’t stay more!! The Room 8 was wonderful. On the end at the pool, great parking, wonderful view. So cute inside. Rose did a wonderful job cleaning the room. And Holly had a beautiful breakfast laid out in the morning!! Love, love!!!」

「Hotel Clemons, in the heart of downtown Chattanooga, was perfect in every way! Spacious, fully appointed apartments, with plenty of room to spread out or enjoy time together in the common spaces.
