"I NEVER leave bad reviews, but we were so disappointed. We stay with Sonesta often, and this hotel did not meet their standards. Front desk clerk was extremely hateful. There was trash in the pull out bed. Carpet was wet and soaked our socks. Just not a pleasant experience."

"I guess the walls are very thin and someone next to me kept their TV on all night and I was unable to sleep. the patio should be swept and cleaned before a guest. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Jennifer, the front desk lady was super nice and friendly and helpful. The pool and outside sitting area was nice, but why not keep up your grounds better? Keep all the plants up and create a sanctuary around the property. wouldn't take much! Just needs more attention and care to upgrade the experience of the guest to the next level."
