「Bed was comfy. In the shower there was conditioner in the shampoo so I couldn’t shampoo my hair. The body was pump was totally broken. I told the guy at the front desk and he had ear buds in and he just stared at me and didn’t write it down. Who knows if he even heard what I said. I think $50 is way too high for a pet. I say lower your prices and get a deposit then when everything is fine you give it back. Our dog is completely potty trained and clean. Why so expensive?」

「AC couldn't keep room cool. It was so humid they brought a dehumidifier in our room. They key cards would deactivate and we had to go get them re activated 4 times. The card readers on the outside doors and the door to the pool didnt work because the batteries were dead. We couldn't get into the pool because the staff didnt have a regular key to the door. Once someone broke into the pool door, they used towels to keep the door from shutting」

「It was our last night of traveling for 17 days, and the bed was great , very comfortable. We still had a 10 hour drive home in the morning so unfortunately we didn't have time for breakfast this time .」

「The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bed had 4 pillows, they were small and flat. Together, 2 pillows made 1 standard pillow. The refrigerator worked well and had a separate freezer. The TV offered Google Cast which I was never able to use. I went through the entire set up process several times but still no results. I have a Fire TV stick that I normally use but the TV did not have an Input function to switch inputs and if I used the USB port used by the cable TV, it still wanted...

「Our stay was very nice, the hotel is clean and in a good location to go and visit Chattanooga. There are restaurants in walking distance for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The breakfast is very basic but ok to start the day.」
