「AC couldn't keep room cool. It was so humid they brought a dehumidifier in our room. They key cards would deactivate and we had to go get them re activated 4 times. The card readers on the outside doors and the door to the pool didnt work because the batteries were dead. We couldn't get into the pool because the staff didnt have a regular key to the door. Once someone broke into the pool door, they used towels to keep the door from shutting」

「Stopped in The Drury Hotel in Chattanooga on our way to Florida! It was great! Clean rooms to lay out heads down. Great pool for the kids and good coffee and complimentary breakfast was a plus. The staff were very polite and helpful.」

「Great place. Only thing ice machine wasn't working on first floor. Also room had definite dog/pet smell. Hotel is pet friendly. Bring your air freshener.」

「I arrived around 4/5 I had informed the lady at the desk I had a disability and didn’t want a top floor. She put me on top floor anyway. I know for a fact she could of least put us on the second floor. I should of paid another 50$ and got a hotel downtown by the river walk and lower floor with more then just one elevator.」
