「I didnt receive the room i paid for 」

「Our daughter goes to camp in Mentone. This cabin was a perfect place to stay the night before “drop off”. Very helpful staff and super clean!!! My only hesitation in writing this review is I don’t want too many people to find this letter gem (wink wink)」

「Property was nice and clean including our room that was well cooled from the May heat. The staff was not helpful and seemed inattentive especially at checkin. The breakfast was terrible with stale packaged pastries and yogurt was clabbered. Coffee was ok but cups held about 4oz. Parking and WiFi were fine.」

「Good stay there. room is clean, efficient and friendly staff. The only flaws are the facilities and average breakfast, but what can we expect more for such decent motel?」

「Hotel requires a $100 deposit. I left a cash deposit of $100 that I was told I’d have returned at the end of my stay if nothing was damaged. I left the room with trash picked up, towels in a pile together and as good of condition as one should. Upon checkout, a maintenance person was asked to check my room. My deposit was only partially returned because a diet Dr Peppet had over flowed on the comforter when I’d opened it. I disagreed and the woman said because they had to wash the bedding they...
