「What a unique find - such a nice boutique hotel in Dalton! The room was very clean, decor pleasing, bed super comfortable, and the staff very helpful and courteous! We didn't have time this visit to take advantage of the workout room, but it's a nice size and good variety. We were able to take advantage of their lovely continental breakfast - perfect coffee, and wonderful pastries. The Carpentry is truly a gem!!!」

「My room wasn't cleaned for two straight days. Trash was in the parking lot. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and the free breakfast was nice.」

「This hotel is pretty clean, but they pipe in some kind of scent that was WAY too overwhelming in the lobby and hallways that gets sucked into the rooms. It made me feel ill. We forced ourselves to go to bed before 9pm so we could checkout before the sun came up. The hotels location is right next to interstate 75 as well. Very loud traffic noise did not help with the stay either. This was most definitely a one and done.」

「What a wonderful welcome we had. We got in late, with our kids, and had just intended to sleep on our way to Orlando. Mom and dad needed to unwind but the bar was closed. The gentleman who checked us in recommended some wines, that are available through the hotel and grabbed us some wine glasses. We are so grateful for his extra care, even when we were there for just a short stay.」

「Great place to stay, clean, good location. Only downside was the few unhoused persons hanging around outback where I parked my car. Could use better, lighting, out back and possibly enforce no trespassing.」

「The overall cost for this hotel was good for what it had to offer and the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms liens were clean but my room floor was dirty as if the room floor wasn’t swept or mopped due to previous check out.」
