「Die Zimmer waren sauber. Wir haben 3 Nächte verbracht. Einmal kam der Service, obwohl laut Beschreibung erst am 3. Tag erscheinen sollte. Das Frühstück ist ein kontinentales Frühstück. Erwartet nicht zu viel. Die Zeit von 07.00 Uhr bis 09.00 Uhr ist sehr früh. Die Servicekraft fängt auch leider vor 09.00 Uhr an, Lebensmittel wegzustellen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.」

「Loved the opportunity to stay at such an iconic hotel in historic Chattanooga. Staying in the old box car was an awesome and memorable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a light out in the bathroom and I needed to be able to do my makeup as I was getting ready for my wedding, but maintenance came by immediately to bring a new bulb. So much to do in the area, no matter what your reason is for visiting. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re looking...

「Easy online reservation-optional text to check-in- Amazing Lobby-Room was updated & extremely clean- My sis- in-law & I came to town for a Concert at “The Signal. Concert Hall” on Choo Choo Ave. We were thinking we wouldn’t feel safe enough to walk there & back at dark but the streets were lit & an easy walk! Breakfast was FREE. Check out at 11am was great! I would stay here again & again! 10 stars. 」

「This hotel is absolutely fabulous! The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The staff are amazingly friendly and kind. The Speakeasy had great atmosphere and the dinner was superb. The Exchange for breakfast was delicious and the sitting area was very comfortable and low key on a Saturday morning. Hands down my favorite hotel that I’ve stayed in !」
