And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. 「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」
