「Condo was nice. If going to beach need to take a shuttle」

「Place was amazing. Condo is very spacious with a full kitchen and laundry is a plus. Accessible to shops, dining options, and especially the beach. We enjoyed the stay, and highly recommend.」

「The property in the guest areas were good. The hotel room we were assigned was dated, the t.v. was small with a universal remote which was difficult to turn on and off. We went down to the enjoy one of the hot tubs around 9:00pm and the water was freezing. 」

「The room we stayed in håd previous guests flip flop under dinning table, had previous guests beach towel underneath 2nd bedroom, had big clump of hair in master bedroom bath. I felt that room wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been. Staff was very friendly but had a lot of timeshare presentators in main lobby. 」

「The property felt very safe. Security checked for proper tag every time you entered the property. Parking was an additional 20 dollars a day. Our condo was “ocean view” and had a pretty decent view of the ocean. Cleanliness of the condo could have been much better upon check in. Long hairs on the floors in the bath room and shower was a big turn off. Also lots of dust and crumbs in corners and near couches. We had a 3 year old with us who spent a lot of time playing on the floor which is why I...

「Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.」

「Complained about hearing loud neighbors through the adjoining door; however, was told by desk associate that nothing could be done and to check back at 11 am. After the people next door were still being loud at 1:30 am we made the decision to switch hotels. The next day we returned to Island Vista and explained our issue, the desk associate couldn't believe how we were treated and was apologetic; however, the manager, although he could hear our conversation, couldn't be bothered to come out of...
