「This was a Top Property that in the past my stays were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately the new owners have brought a top tier property to an average level. First major problem: VERY understaffed on the weekends. Some of the staff is under trained.」

「This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.」

「This was a special celebration for 1st Cousins being reunited and celebrating a birthday. The villa was so beautiful and enjoyable. I would visit again.」

「The property itself needs a little work. There were stains on the ceiling and it could have been a little bit cleaner (there were pee pee drops on the front of the toilet and the floor needed a good vacuuming). We had to check into the B&B from the next door hotel which seemed a little shady inside. The B&B write up claimed the it was located on the beach. It is not. You have to either walk thru an alley way or cut through the neighboring property to access the beach. The reason I rated the B&B...

「The room was clean, plenty off snacks and breakfast muffins were amazing! Staff very friendly! Hair dryer was burnt out they took note but was hoping to have been offered an alternative. Overall definitely would recommend!」

「Very clean, the best replace to eat was the market they have the best food/menus. Imo skip prime & xo. Sadly the hallways and elevators are not air conditioned and extremely humid. We did not have a great experience at prime and spent $200+ so frustrating at the lack of service and food was not great. Overall majority of the staff were friendly and the hotel main areas very clean and smelled nice! The pools were nice but so crowded so hard to enjoy but on the positive side you are super close...

「Ms. Sonia was wonderful throughout my stay. There were several hiccups that weekend, and she was a trooper the entire time. Now, the area doesn’t look like what the website on Expedia shows. I think those were older photos. The room was clean, staff, and breakfast was great. The parking was horrible due to hotel being booked up. Other than that, we had a great time.」

「I wish we could have stayed longer. Love that we were able to do laundry, although I do wish the water slide was open. My grandchildren would have loved it. We got a villa/suite facing the water park/pool area so my elderly mother could take pictures. 4 generations, what a blessing.」
