「Our stay at Spark provided everything we were looking for. It was conveniently located. All areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. To top it off, the price couldn’t be beat. We will definitely be staying at the Spark again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Lansing area. 」

「I have nothing to complain about other than the pool being out during my stay and the pull out couch being uncomfortable. The breakfast was better than most hotels and the staff was courteous. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff didn’t steal any of my belongings. 」

「The staff was amazing! A young lady named Nana checked me in, seeing I was on crutches, she cared my bags from the car to my room and got everything put away. When I left I was shown the same hospitality by them coming to my room and carrying them to the car.」
