「Both the exterior and rooms are beautiful. You get the feel of New Orleans and a bit of opulence. The staff is super attentive from the time you step out of your vehicle to check out. Room service is prompt from bringing extra blankets to delivering great New Orleans cuisine cooked by the in- house Crillio restaurant. The in-house bar is a great place experience from the live music to the beautiful carousel style bar. Highly recommended and will come back again」

「Truly enjoyed our stay with our pet dog. It’s beautiful in every corner you look with a stunning bar and restaurant. So close to the French quarter but providing a quiet night’s rest. Will definitely stay here again.」

「My room was on the fourth floor and to my surprise, there are no elevators. Carrying luggage in the heat of New Orleans is not pleasant to say the least while having a bum knee. The AC set to 69 and room temp did not go below 77. Thankfully there was a ceiling fan. Parking is difficult because there are only about 8 spots and it is cramped. Although the staff was very helpful, the accommodations without an elevator is not for me.」

「Will, the concierge at the front desk, was amazing! He went above and beyond to help us make our daughters bucket list trip awesome! The valet was awesome as well! We arrived tired and irritated, and the valet, I wish I could remember his name, put our minds at ease and took care of us and our vehicle with the greatest understanding. 「The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions on things to do. It is a beautiful historic building - which is exactly why we booked it. It’s on a gorgeous tree lined street, close enough to walk to Bourbon Street without being at the center of the craziness at night. And the pool area was wonderful!」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「We were very pleased with our room. Within walking distance to everything. Parking was a little annoying but at the time we arrived it was very busy. Very quiet but friendly neighborhood.
