"當初預定 主要是因為喜歡大窗戶 房間也很大 算是CP值不錯 可惜這次天氣的關係,來沒有看到富士山 飯店到車站的接送巴士為早上9點/九點半/十點三個班次 車站到飯店的接送巴士,可以在河口湖旁邊的旅客中心請其協助聯繫飯店過來接送(下午三點後) "

"無可挑剔，下次再來河口湖一定會再訪 先論周遭：環境好，離車次最多的紅線公車很近，附近有Lawson 跟ほうとう 餺飥分店 飯店：備品、設備齊全，還有傘、自行車可以借用 房間內：空間大、乾淨 服務：進房、退房規定說明清楚、友善"

"Reasonable price. Breakfast is good. The car park is located at 2/F in which you can access through the elevator. Do not return to hotel too late or else you need to park open area/ another free park that 5 mins from the hotel. Hope that 1-2 more drying machine can be introduced. Since the washing procedure last only 30mins but most people spend 40-60mins for the dryer. "

"Due to my tight schedule, I messaged the hotel for the late check in arrangement. It took them quite a long time to respond, but they are very responsive since then. Check in and check out was smooth, and the staff is very friendly. The room is more spacious than we expected, that two big luggages can be opened without a problem. Location is great, with the lake just across the road. And convenience store is just at the hotel. The only down side of the hotel is that it doesn’t have a lift, so you need to carry your luggages up the stairs for one floor, so it would be better if you travel light. Overall it was a pleasant stay. "
