「A wonderful stay! Alper welcomed us on arrival and each time we were in and out. The hotel greeted us with a beautiful smile recption staff ( Selcuk!) Ercu helped with luggage that we brought up to our room; Sena was a very humble and sweet young lady; Mustafa was very helpful and efficient, overall very helpful staff and excellent service: for sure we will be returning here very soon !!!:)」

To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. ...

「Property was a short walking distance from Taksim square and closed to public transportation. Building was newly renovated with chic style. The only complaint I have is a noticeable unpleasant odour on one side of the lobby which permeated to our room on the third floor as well. Other than that, the hotel is great. 」

「This is an average hotel located on a bit of an upslope unless you are coming from Sultanahmet - which is preferable. Although we arrived half an hour early, we had to wait for check-in. The furnishings were a bit tired and basic. The breakfast was extremely average. There was a lot of noise from the traffic which interfered with our sleep.」
