「Great beach hotel - Erik went above and beyond's expectations. Great staff. Direct beach access - close to everything in downtown IOP. Comfy beds 」

「Room was not ready at check in time and wasn’t until 35 minutes after check in time. Room floor was not clean. Very small BR for 4 guest. Front desk clerk was not very nice and had to ask my name at least 5 times! Parking was not convenient.」

「Elevator was constantly broke down. So had to walk from 5th floor. Up and down steps , For 5 days. Morning we left had to carry luggage down steps , one of the exit doors to steps on our floor broken shut- a fire hazard. Take part of the 300 a night you charge and replace the elevators」

「It was clean enough for a one night stay but I wouldn’t stay here again. The breakfast was super basic so don’t be expecting too much. It was definitely dated. The coffee shop up the road was good though.」

「 The air conditioning unit was loud & the refrigerator rattled. The room temperature was very warm upon arrival. It was set at 77. Once I turned the temperature down, the room temperature was better. More variety for the continental breakfast but overall it tasted good. Front staff was friendly. TV & wi-fi were good. Fair price for the amenities provided. Location is on a busy street which made it difficult to get in/ out if the parking lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. 」
