「The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The view was beautiful, and we enjoyed the overall location and amenities. However, there were several areas that could use improvement. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub were very dirty, with noticeable bugs and debris throughout. I did not see the pool area being cleaned or skimmed during our stay.
