"I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it.
Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome.
The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious!
Our room was cleaned twice a day, and the staff were so thoughtful, even organizing our things neatly. Room service was fast and polite, and there were plenty of fun activities like water volleyball. My partner is very social, and soon the staff all knew us — they always greeted us with big smiles.
I also appreciated that no one tried to sell us memberships or packages. We could just relax and enjoy our time. Funny enough, as I was leaving, I actually thought, I want to come back next year — maybe even as a member!
Before booking, I saw some mixed reviews from 2023, but everything on this trip exceeded my expectations. The service, food, and atmosphere were all perfect.

"While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient.
When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return. Despite explaining we could order for our friend, she rudely walked away after urging us to hurry them up. Later, when another friend finished their meal and tried to order again, the curly-haired male server called the older female server to assist, but she seemed unwilling. When yet another friend tried to order an additional dish, the older female server refused, claiming we could only order twice—a rule we were not informed of beforehand.
Despite the poor service, we left a tip. Initially, I liked this hotel, but this experience ensures I won’t return. I hope future guests won’t face such unpleasant treatment and will be served with respect and warmth. "
