「The property was so unique and beautiful!! The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful with every need we had. My only complaint is that the bar played loud music in the evenings and into the night. A couple of nights it went on pretty late and was disturbing to try and sleep.」

「Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my...

「While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again.」

「For the price the accommodations at this hotel was good, the downfall was the rude staff. They were unkind, acted bothered when you needed something, and not hospitable at all. They try to charge you for room keys, towel cards, etc. even though there are never clean pool towels.」
