「I enjoyed my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed my view, the staff was very friendly, I didn't enjoy the iguanas on my deck and balcony or in the pool after I went up the very deep spiral staircase to get to the swim out pool, I missed seeing the staircase in the pictures, more cleaning of the outside of the iguana feces. Other then the iguanas and the staircase. My stay was very peaceful. Menu could have a few more options. But over all I would go again, maybe a different room.」

「Rooms were clean consistently and often throughout the day. We stayed in privilege room but didn’t really get all the privilege amenities. Some of the staff were rude and expected a tip after doing a poor job. Allure lounge was closed most of our stay which was a key privilege private part we wanted to do. Overall great resort 4/5 for us.」
