"It's ok, a bit of a walk to the center for shopping and restaurants. The hotel provided no amenities and ask you to go to 7-11 downstairs to buy,not to many staff speak english"

Its location is very convenient with access to public transportation and walking distance to popular areas Myeongdong and Namdaemun. "We stayed in one of their larger room for a family of four. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Can not ask for better service. The staffs all spoke english which made it easy to communicate. From our own personal experience with the hotel, we would definitely stay here again. "Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was also great with direct subway access and many bus options right outside. I stayed for the second time in Room 2601, but two reported room faults weren’t rectified from my last stay. 1. Cabinet hinge for the in-room fridge is almost falling apart. 2. Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk. I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible. Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early."
