"By far the best experience I have had with a hotel. We received an upgraded suite, the room was spacious and spotless. The hotel has wonderful amenities as well, and a staff that were so friendly and helpful. Fantastic location if you are visiting Seoul for the first time. I hope to come back someday and stay again! "Clean room, friendly staff. Close to the metro train station and markets. Do take note that there is a bit of a hill to get to the hotel if going by foot with luggage."

"Amazing place to stay in Myeongdong. Close to metro line, high end shopping, food carts, lots of beauty stores. Everything is walkable. The hotel is incredible. Staff, rooms, buffet, executive lounge. We had an amazing time and stay. Will stay again!"
