"On my first day, went to wash my hands and noticed stray strands of hair in the bathroom sink. When I went to shower, there were some unidentifiable black dots on the shower wall but the worst was, when getting ready to go to bed, finding hair on the pillowcase! Hotel cleaning staff would come by at around 7:30am and on finding the "do not disturb" light on, would slip a card under the door informing that they would only clean your room if you notified service before 4:00pm. One morning, there was no card under my door and staff knocked instead. She came in, replaced my towels and left. I returned that evening to find that she didn't come back to make the bed or even take out the garbage."
