"Loved it."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was also great with direct subway access and many bus options right outside. I stayed for the second time in Room 2601, but two reported room faults weren’t rectified from my last stay. 1. Cabinet hinge for the in-room fridge is almost falling apart. 2. Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk. I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible. Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early."

"staff at the concierge speak good english and is helpful. room is with centralised heater and does not allow us to control the temperature which can make it a bit uncomfortable. There is window that we can open to allow the cold air to come in but it shuts when the wind is too strong. toilet is filled with drain flies although toilet is cleaned. housekeeping staff will knock on your door even when the 'do not disturb' light is on."
