只係住咗一晚，但係整體比我嘅感覺非常良好尤其係入住當晚一個年輕人員嘅服務態度非常之好。由於本人嘅電話卡失靈，好狼狽先去到酒店，想請問職員何處可以買到電話卡，但他二話不說即時幫我調教電話，終於成功可用到非常感激而且年輕人嘅態度非常之好，熱誠有禮，而且一直保持微笑，比我一個好深刻嘅印象，希望酒店會俾佢一個讚賞、 獎賞。 第二日走嘅時間日間嘅職員亦都親切地有對話傾偈，只係房間稍為細一點，但清潔，整齊， 舒適。 下次都會選擇酒店。

Quiet location, some nice coffee shops nearby. Still acceptable 13-min walking distance from Hongdae Station Exit 1 but would be a bit far away for first-time visitors. Next to a local supermarket. Inside the room, like comments from other guests, it's like a student dormitory. No TV, only 1 mug, 1 kettle, 1 large-size tower and 2 medium-size towers were provided. The hair dryer in my room didn't work but didn't bother to change it. Yet, room was not small, sufficient for luggages. Their common areas were nice, large and cozy. Staff speaks fluent English. So, overall speaking, the stay was ok, except the very limited amenities in the room.
