「The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. 「I booked a deluxe suite and was assigned to a room on 8/F. The layout is so odd that one cannot really enjoy the space as the sofa and desk are located in a corner at the back of the room. The bed is slightly bigger than a single bed. The worst is the wardrobe, which is very run down and the condition is comparable to that of a very old motel. On day 2, the room started to have strong cigarette smell and did not go away as the ventilation in the room is no good. After I complained the hotel...

「The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds .
The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work.
The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.」
