「When you arrive at the motel, your first impression is what was I thinking. The outside is not an indicator of the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms are very nice inside and i'm a very picky traveler. Beds were very nice. Actually, the whole experience inside was wonderful. Nice little cafe next door to get food. I would spend the night there again.」

「Check in staff (did not catch her name) was so nice, quick, and helpful! Breakfast was meh but the lady stocking and cleaning up was very nice and wished us well as we left. That was so nice! Love Hampton inn! We will certainly stay here next time we’re in Lynchburg!」

Was told we could check out at 12:30 and then at 11:30 they started knocking on our door and calling us. Was told no late check out due to the workers wanted to get home for Easter. 「Room was ok but… they had done some painting of the bathroom ceiling and there were paint splatters literally on every surface and wall of the bathroom. The rest of our stay was satisfactory but it left me wondering what else they cut corners on. Also, the air conditioning made a weird wheezing sound. The staff was very nice, especially the breakfast staff who did a great job. 」
