I've stayed in alot of hotels and motels over the years working construction. This hotel was horrible, extremely dirty, just gross place. Definitely not worth the 100.00 dollars just because it's by a lake. Just avoid this place. Very dirty.

The air conditioning worked well, as did the refrigerator and freezer. The shower was another story: I sometimes had to wait for 10 minutes for hot water. And the TV was the only real amenity other than the refrigerator and freezer. The staff was very helpful and the stay was comfortable and quiet.

This is a very run down sketchy place. Linens were dirty. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Refrigerator had mold and rust in it. People apparently live there also and the entire place smelled like weed from them smoking.

Rm 112 in the 2 story bldg; small but cute. Lock was troublesome but quickly fixed. No smells or smoking. No coffee pot for hubby. No hot water: after a long wait, I did a camping style wash. It was 4:30 am and we were going fishing with Clint’s Striper Guide Service!!

Our room was fairly dirty in all corners, under the bed, and on bathroom surfaces. The vanity mirror light did not work until we fixed it. The room had a strong, pretty unpleasant smell that when waking up the next morning, stuck in your nose and throat. The manager was very nice and helpful, though. Not the worst place we've stayed, but there could be many improvements.
